Europa XXI Century

On 13 April 2021, the President of the International Pan-European Union, Alain Terrenoire, addressed the Declaration "Europa XXI Century" to the Pan-European membership, European institutions and the public media.

In the Declaration, he outlined the main political, social, economic and other global challenges facing Europe and the modern world.

He presented a proposal for institutional changes in the European Union so that it would be able to act in sovereignty, protecting its citizens and its independence.
